At the FIFA Official Store, we want you to celebrate your passion for football with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including any official FIFA holographic stickers or authentication labels.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
